Monitoring - Dear Users,

You may have faced some issues with the Statistics module which is currently working intermittently.

This issue mainly concerns the Jobs tab:
- Data are charging for ever
- Impossible to filter by time frame

We are currently working on a new Statistics module from scratch in order to make it more reliable. It should be live in the next coming weeks.

Investigating - Dear Users,

We are currently looking into a potential issue you might be facing when logging in on the platform. You will see a white screen with the error number 401.

In order to access the Career Center again, you will need to clear all your cookies from JobTeaser.

Resolved - Dear Users,

From 10:20 GMT+1 yesterday, 12th January until 10:00 GMT+1 this morning, 13th January, there was a problem with one of our servers. This problem meant that users from universities who connect via SSO could no longer connect to the platform.

This issue has now been resolved and users can now sign in again.

Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
