The new SP certificate is now properly propagated to all related federations.

If your SAML SSO is still encounter the same certificate related issue, that means that the SP metadata hosted on your side are not up to date. Please update them as communicated:

You may have been experiencing SSO login issues today.

That is because we have updated our SAML SP metadata to terminate our certificate rollover period.

This may have triggered SSO outages for those IdPs that have not yet fetched our updated SAML metadata:
